At Jersbuy, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.

  • In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to courier restrictions, our support team will contact you.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999/-.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49/- to ₹99/- applies to orders below ₹999 (varies by location).

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) may attract an additional handling fee.

4. Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural calamities).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier partner details.

  • You can track your order in real-time through our website or courier partner’s portal.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available in select pin codes only.

  • Our team may contact you for verification before dispatching COD orders.

  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid order cancellations.

7. Delays & Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to our support team at support@jersbuy.in.

  • We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services soon.
